Describe an experience that you got bored when you were with others

上星期家里聚會，長輩們都在聊天或者幫忙做飯，而我因為不會做飯，所以就負責照看小表弟。我并不 是很擅長和小孩子交流，而他又不停地纏著我讓我給他讀故事書聽。最后，到開飯之前，我給他讀了差不 多十本童話故事書，他雖然沒有認真在聽，但卻又不許我停下來，整個過程無聊到我快要崩潰了。
Well, this happened last week, when we had a family reunion party at my place. You know what it’s like on such occasions, everybody gets together, and the elderly talk with each other, or help out in the kitchen. I, however, know nothing about cooking, like, at all. So naturally I was in charge of taking care of my young cousin, which, I must say, I’m not terribly good at. You see, I’m the second youngest in my generation, and this cousin of mine doesn’t visit us a lot. So, I have a lot of experience being taken care of, not the other way around(而不是反過來的情況). Well, anyway, I was trying my best by asking him what he wanted to do. My cousin, this cute little rascal(可愛的小壞蛋), told me that he wanted me to read some stories for him. And that’s what I did. You know, Chinese stories like Sherrif Black Cat, or foreign ones like Perrault's fairy tales, you know, sleeping beauty and stuff like that. I read one story after another, but he wasn’t just sitting there listening to me. Instead, he actually was playing with toy cars in the meantime, but he wouldn’t allow me to stop. I mean, I can almost recite(背誦) all those stories myself. Wasn’t it you who wanted to listen to them? Well, you can’t argue with a kid, can you? So I just kept reading them until dinner was ready, which literally saved my throat. By that time I’d finished about ten storybooks, and with my little audience regarding me as no more than background music(背景音樂), it was just tedious.

二、雅思口語part2考試內(nèi)容
思口語part2考試約3-4分鐘，考生需要與考官之間進行一對一交流，并針對某熟悉話題進行闡述以及針對該話題的討論，答題中考官將對考生的英語口語水平進行考察。

1、提前準備適合自己的口語高分詞匯
在備考的時候，準備一些常用的7分雅思詞匯和雅思技巧，在適當?shù)臅r候脫口而出，會給你的考試增光添色，同時要在考前的練習(xí)過程中，掌握好paraphrase的方法，因為在雅思考試的過程中，由于緊張或者是本身詞匯的匱乏，在自己不會的單詞上面會卡殼，而雅思口語是相對比較靈活的，在這種情況下，需要我們用其他的話去替代那個卡殼的點，這樣你的雅思口語就會順暢、自然。
2、靈活應(yīng)對雅思口語考試中的話題
雅思考試中的話題有很多，疑難話題是大家拿到雅思口語滿分的最大障礙，當你在雅思考試的時候，遇到的題目是從來沒有見過的，或者是自己比較生疏的話題，需要你靈活轉(zhuǎn)換，但是當你無法做到靈活轉(zhuǎn)化的時候，那就需要說一個最容易而且最能說出內(nèi)容的話題。
3、充分利用考試中筆記記錄
雅思口語考試中的一張紙，就是第二部分開始的時候，考官會給你一張紙和一支筆，讓你在思考的時候可以做一些筆記，有些考生覺得做筆記沒什么意義，因為做完了之后，說的時候還是和筆記大相徑庭，這說明考生在下面練習(xí)的時候沒有很好的掌握通過看筆記說英語的習(xí)慣，因此在考場上才會覺得筆記沒太大作用。
4、調(diào)節(jié)心理狀態(tài)，不畏懼，不膽怯
