二、日常練習(xí)英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)誤區(qū)
1.鴕鳥式聽法
很多同學(xué)在做聽力題時(shí)沒有動(dòng)手的習(xí)慣，聽就是聽，到做題時(shí)才努力回憶與該題有關(guān)的信息。甚至有同學(xué)喜歡閉著眼睛聽或者把頭低下來(lái)，伏在桌子上聽，并認(rèn)為這樣注意力更集中，但這樣反而容易走神，聽的效率非常低。
2.多而不精
對(duì)于已經(jīng)聽過的材料，很多同學(xué)都很少再聽，這是一個(gè)錯(cuò)誤的觀念。片面追求練習(xí)的數(shù)量，并不能有效提高做聽力題時(shí)的悟性，必須用心去感受才能收到顯著的效果。因此聽力材料不是聽過就算，而是要反復(fù)的去聽，直到完全掌握其中的內(nèi)容為止。
3.不愿對(duì)著文字材料大聲朗讀
很多同學(xué)都以為聽力是聽力，朗讀是朗讀，沒有必要和朗讀口語(yǔ)聯(lián)系起來(lái)。
其實(shí)聽力考的是口頭語(yǔ)言，口語(yǔ)提高了，聽力也就自然而然上去了。同時(shí)朗讀可以培養(yǎng)正確的語(yǔ)音語(yǔ)調(diào)，可以加強(qiáng)我們對(duì)文章的領(lǐng)悟力。
4.練習(xí)時(shí)間安排不得當(dāng)
聽力訓(xùn)練需要思想高度集中，因此時(shí)間安排以每天精神最佳時(shí)候?yàn)橐?。每次練?xí)的時(shí)間不宜過長(zhǎng)，連續(xù)聽30-45分鐘即可。
另外，由于聽力是一種習(xí)慣成自然的技巧訓(xùn)練，所以最好每天都要安排一段規(guī)定的練習(xí)時(shí)間，切忌三天打魚，兩天曬網(wǎng)。
三、一個(gè)人練英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)
1．首先問自己幾個(gè)最基本的問題（以旅游經(jīng)歷為例）
When was the trip? 旅游是什么時(shí)候？
Where did I go? 我去了哪里？
Who did I go with? 我和誰(shuí)一起去的？
How long was the holiday? 旅游假期有多長(zhǎng)？
你可以一句句慢慢說，慢慢練（以咱們首都北京為例）：
It was last year.
I went to Beijing with my family.
We spent three days in Beijing.
如果可以，學(xué)會(huì)用一句話概括：
I went to Beijing with my family last year and we spent three days there.
去年我和家人一起去了北京，我們?cè)谀抢锎袅巳欤?/p>
2．重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容-你在旅游地點(diǎn)做了什么（主要就是吃喝玩樂），問問自己：
What did I do in Beijing？你在北京做了什么？
玩樂：I visited the Great Wall, Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City；
我參觀了長(zhǎng)城，天安門廣場(chǎng)和紫禁城；
吃喝：I ate the famous Peking duck and it was so delicious；
我吃了著名的北京烤鴨，簡(jiǎn)直太好吃了！
交通：There were so many cars on the street and it was very crowded in subway station；
街上有好多車，地鐵站里也相當(dāng)擠；
環(huán)境：We saw many beautiful parks in Beijing but the air was not very fresh；
我們?cè)诒本┛吹胶芏嗝利惖墓珗@，但是空氣不是很新鮮；
3．最后可以問問自己此次經(jīng)歷的感受：
How did you feel about this trip？這次旅游感受如何？
I felt great！
我感覺棒極了！
It was so wonderful and unforgettable！
太棒了！太令人難忘了！
I felt bored！
我感覺很無(wú)聊！
It was so terrible！
太糟糕了！
